2. Services

Blocked Drains Portsmouth provides professional drainage services including but not limited to drain unblocking, CCTV surveys, drain repairs, high-pressure jetting, and emergency drainage services across Portsmouth and Hampshire.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary based on the actual conditions found. We will always communicate any changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.

5. Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

6. Guarantee

We stand behind our work. Drain unblocking work is guaranteed for 28 days from the date of service. Repair work is guaranteed for 12 months. Guarantees are subject to normal use and do not cover damage caused by external factors.

7. Liability

We carry comprehensive public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our work.
